What to include for faster support
The more specific your message, the faster we can help. If you’re reporting a bug, include a short example and the steps you followed. For tool requests, describe the input and output you want, and who the tool is for (students, writers, developers, marketers, etc.).
Good bug report checklist
- Tool name (example: Word Counter)
- Steps to reproduce (1–3 short steps)
- Device + browser (Android Chrome, iPhone Safari, Windows Edge, etc.)
- Page URL (copy the exact link)
